• REFUNDS

       

Please choose carefully, refunds are only available if merchandise proven to be faulty, not for change of mind. The customer is required to return the item within 7 days complete with tags and packaging. If it is determined that the item has a design flaw, a refund, repair or replacement piece will be organised.

 

Please note if a damaged item is returned due to mistreatment refunds are unavailable.

 

• BESPOKE- VARIATIONS

 

A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all bespoke and variation orders with the balance payable on completion of the piece.

 

• SHIPPING & PACKAGING

 

Postage is complementary within Australia- Express Post incurs an additonal fee, please request on completion of purchase if you require Express Post

 

While every effort is made to ensure you item arrive to you in perfect condition, we can not accept responsibility for items damaged during the shipping process.

 

• COLOUR

The colours displayed on website are the best possible likeness to the item. However we can not held responsible for wrong choices or colours variances between computer screens. As such refunds due to colour variations are unavailable
